Frequently Asked Questions
How does OneLift work?
OneLift deploys servers on your own cloud accounts (Hetzner, Vultr, DigitalOcean). You pay the cloud provider directly for server costs. OneLift handles the automation and management.
What happens after cutover?
After cutover, OneLift completely removes its access to your server. The server is 100% yours. You can optionally keep backup and monitoring services active if you're on a paid plan.
What's the difference between OneLift storage and my own S3?
Free plan doesn't include OneLift R2 storage. Paid plans include R2 storage for backups and metrics. You can also connect your own S3-compatible storage for unlimited backup storage on any plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers through our payment partner Lemon Squeezy.
